This is a busy and exciting week for all of us here at the Dance Factory. Please remember to have everything ready for dress rehearsal and show night. The more information evcryone knows and understands the better the show will run. If you are a volunteer parent(or want to be) please pick up your information from Ms. Kim Monday May 23rd.   Here is everything you need to know to make the this week run smooth!

1. All regular classes will be held at the Dance Factory  Monday May 23rd - Wed. May 25th.

    *Be sure you have extra tights all colors, all of your dance shoes, costumes, accessories, finale shirts, black       bootie shorts, bobby pins, safety pins, baby wipes for make-up mess ups, any props needed and YOUR NAME IN EVERYTHING! Do not eat in costumes and only drink water please!

*  Dance Factory runner will come to your dressing room to pick up your child 3 numbers before your performance. Be ready to perform. Runner will take the group to stage left  and wait til they perform. Once they have danced the runner will take them back to their dressing room. Parents, please make arrangements to have someone in the dressing room with your dancers and tumblers. Dance Factory staff only picks performers from the dressing area and escorts them to the stage and back. After the finale number all performers will be kept on stage for parent pick up. Instruct your children to remain stage after the show.

2. Dress Rehearsal THURSDAY 26TH- closed Dress rehearsal is for dancers, staff, and parents only. Invite all of your friends and family to come Friday night.....please! Arrive at least 30 minutes before 6PM  start time. We will start the dress rehearsal at 6pm sharp. We will run the finale 1st only at dress rehearsal. Wear your 1st costume, not your finale wear. We will also run the finale at the end of the show. Please stay or come back to finish the last finale run through.

*Dancers & tumblers are allowed to watch dress rehearsal between their dances. Dancers and tumblers are NOT allowed to be in the audience show night!

                                   *Your dressing room will have a sign with your class name on it.

                                   *Please find your spot early and be ready for finale run through

                                    * Dress rehearsal will run just like show (besides the extra finale practice at beginning)

SHOW NIGHT:   Friday night....Doors open between 6pm  and 6:30pm. First come, First serve. Teachers & coaches may reserve seats for their family for show night. No performers in costume out in lobby or audience. All performers will stay back stage during show!!

Performers go straight to dressing rooms on arrival. The show starts 7pm sharp!

Show will run just like dress rehearsal . Starting with #1.(no finale run at beginning) Finale at end only!!!

*Items for purchase: Roses, recital gifts, and slide show video.

 *PARENTS MAY VIDEO THEIR CHILDREN BOTH NIGHTS.....PLEASE VIDEO IN BACK OR SIDES.
